- Date: 31 May 2005 14:10:46 -0000
Hi again,
On the MNF2, I'm using the admin interface, both the web site and the SSH interface, from the WAN zone. I've set up an ACCEPT rule for these two ports, allowing connections from my public IP address.
I originally set up the "Admin" interface to be eth0, which is on the LAN zone (eth1 is the WAN interface), but now on the web site eth1 is listed as the admin interface.
After adding appropriate rules, I can connect to the web interface from both LAN and WAN zones, but it's not allowing SSH access from the LAN zone.
I turned on logging for the firewall rule and verified that the firewall is allowing the LAN zone to connect to port 222, but SSH isn't allowing it to connect. How can I grant permanent access to both zones?
