As i have already stated, i'm trying to monitor him, and as far as i 
known, he has been extremely reliable until now :-)

We're working hand-to-hand for more than 4 monthes now and i think he 
has proven committment to good packaging rules, at least as much as an 
average packager (and still learning).

If his contributions can be first restricted to his packages, why not, 
but i really see no reason to block him right now.
