[Expert] Include recoll in distribution?

Hello Thomas,

It would seem as though kat has died, which leaves Mandriva without a
good search tool. Is there a chance of including recoll instead? It
is, so far, the best search tool I have found for linux. Including it
would give Mandriva a better position in the "I've got a good search
tool" game. :-))

Given an equal choice between kat and recoll, I'd pick recoll any day
- it is quite good, and has the potential to become a first-rate
search tool, comparable to the industrial-strength dtSearch in
Windows.

What do you think? How can that become part of Mandriva?
