In fact it was supposed to be the other way around, Kat was to be the document indexing/search engine for the Tenor semantic search project, but with Kat in deep freeze and Wheels concentrating on other things for now, don't count on it being in KDE 4.0. If Strigi comes together, then it will probably take the Kats place, and we might see Tenor show up in 4.1 or 4.2 even. See blog post: http://www.kdedevelopers.org/node/2279 john.
