[Expert] updated install cds

[bascule]

does anyone have a link to updated install cds, i've looked at mkcd but it has 
no man page and the list of options is of no help, i want to pass on an old 
machine to someone who does not have internet access, i cannot guess what thy 
want installed in advance and i'd like them to have everything they need to 
install/play around, and have it uptodate
