[Cooker] COOKER Warning - KDE will get a big breakge in next few days... ...for good !

Yo !!

We, the suici^h^h^hhappy KDE team inform you that your cooker is sayn bye bye 
for kde3 as mainstream kde desktop, and he will get their retirement in their 
new home, /opt/kde3.
Our old good friend will still be working, but his more advanced, becoming in 
shape child, a.k.a. as KDE 4, will take his place for good.

Yes, is about time, is a big change and we know we will have a tough time in 
next few months. I was the first one to try kde4 as a full day by day 
envorinment after 2008.1, and i consider basic services and part of the 
desktop ready for production. 
Is the part that is not ready that will calling all you that want test/try to 
point failures,  and even give solutions.
We need listen everyone now in this matter.

Just a small FAQ before start the usual unadvised complains/cries/etc..:

* Question: Can we move back from KDE 3, KDE 4 in incomplete, they lied to us 
about the desktop experience, you are doing the wrong move.
short answer: NO
long answer: We took the decision, we're talked among us, we have straight 
relationship with kde development, and first of all, we're not alone. Like 
pulseaudio, is our breakthrough. We're not anymore over the wall.. We just 
ask a little patience.

* Question: Can we will run kde3 and kde4 applications. In the past this was a 
mess.
Only short answer: YES

* Question: The distro XyZ have a KDE working better than yours. You 
s**k.. :-)
Long answer: Well, actually sometime we really  :-). And yes, we know there 
are intelligent life beyond the mdv land. Way more intelligent than us in 
many ways sometimes. So, when youy saw this intelligent development in the 
neighbourhood grass, pleas collect the seeds, the way they did and all the 
possible cultivation methods to allow us replicate and made our grass greener 
as our fellows other developers. And we will be happy because open source 
wins, not only us.
What you not have the right is just say, you are bad, they are better without 
give reasons and help us to solve our badness

* Question: I LOST MY DESKTOP !!
Only answer: Do you know what cooker means, right ?
