Indeed, it shouldn't be 1.1mdv2008.0 since there never was a 1mdv2008.0
release in 2008.0.

Vincent, could we drop putting subrels in when a completely new version
is put into /updates? I don't see any benefit and it causes problems
when the next mandriva release has the same package with lower EVR.
