I can't remember the exact problem, hence why this is not a bug report, but if you have the libldap-2.3-devel installed (not sure of the package name) and try to upgrade via urpmi, pretty much the whole upgrade fails. This is because it cannot install libldap-2.4-devel (again package name is hazy), and this has huge knock on effects in terms of the urpmi transactions etc. Perhaps an updated libldap package with appropriate provides/conflicts could be supplied?
