If we can manage to get this file up to date it should not be very
complex to ask the user in harddrake if they want to download that
needed file, explaining why we can't distribute it and that the user
should check if he is allowd to download them.

Maybe another solution would be to ask the user to insert his windows
driver CD and extract the firmware from there.
