[Cooker] Refered problems when double clicking in files runnning konqueror as root

I have been seeing that continues existing this problem and users continue 
complaining about it, so an easy way to fix this permanently for the distro 
is to create a file in /etc/X11/xinit.d that can add host names (this case 
root):

so as root run:

touch /etc/X11/xinit.d/localhost-root
chmot +x  /etc/X11/xinit.d/localhost-root

edit file and add these lines:

# to be sourced 
 xhost local:root 

Blino maybe you could add this file to a core package?
