[Cooker] Install failure during current cooker update

During a full update last night of 1082 packages I received the
following install failure after urpmi had successfully installed 377
packages.

Installation failed:
        qt4-common = 2:4.3.4 is needed by libqtscript4-4.3.4-4mdv2008.1.i586


Also I found the process to be sitting at the following stage:

        76% of 92004 completed, ETA = 0:04:38, speed = 0

Even though this download had stalled (rebooting the modem had no
impact) other processes could access the internet without any problems.
Is this an indication that the mirror has died?
