[Cooker] About Manbo Labs agreement

As you may have seen, Mandriva have announced Manbo Labs creation on
press release:

You will find most of details inside it. The point to be underlined is
that it will not change anything in Mandriva position regarding patents
and proprietary software. Managing Manbo Labs in an open way was a
prerequire to conclude this agreement. For memory, following url was

Recent deal signed by Turbolinux is their own position and will not
impact this technical agreement.

We are preparing a general review to explain what work has been done as
a first step to work together on base system. This first step started in
end of october in a kickoff meeting with developers from Turbolinux,
Mandriva Paris and Brazil and Community thanks to Thomas Backlund.
Manbo-labs mailing-list is public. Also all work done together will be
uploaded in Mandriva svn.

As a matter of fact, please welcome Shinji, Chihiro, Toshi and Makoto
who joined the labs. They will also join our current devel mailing-lists.
