I agree with this, but you have to consider also the viceversa,
i.e. there are a bunch of packages in contrib, which are good,
well packaged, build smootly and works fine, which are in
contrib justbecause to get 'em in main is pretty difficult.

IMHO this can be obtained in this way:

- clean cooker in one shot. In next weeks/month the
tree cooker/main/release and cooker/contrib/release will be just empty. All the
packages which are included in the distro will be moved to
cooker/{main,contrib}/restarting/; then one package by one package
they will be moved into main.
