[Cooker] ICQ broken in Kopete again?

Hello,

Kopete doesn't connect to ICQ anymore for me - I am seeing "Your client
is too old" message again.

It is the same issue as in http://qa.mandriva.com/show_bug.cgi?id=23668
however this was fixed once already.

Should I reopen this bug or is it just me?
