Hm, not sure what you are referring to exactly. I think we need to let the user choose between those two modes. Anyway, I'd like to see a button configuration in MCC for the stuff which is currently hard coded (for e.g. power and lid button and maybe also the usual other special buttons found on a notebook like display off, suspend, hibernate, switch display, wireless, ...) as well as a configuration tool for other events (out of battery, switching AC power, ...).
