To kind-of hi-jack this thread, one issue with net_applet that we see on one 
of our APs is that it is impossible to configure a wireless network where the 
ESSID is not broadcast I (which was the case with the IOS version the AP was 
running until yesterday).

Maybe the drakroam gui needs an "Add" button.
