Subject: [Cooker] KDE Panel Appearance

In 2006.0 under "Configure Your Desktop > LookNFeel > Panels", there was an 
"Appearance" tab where one could turn off the obnoxious "Icon mouseover 
effects".

I can't find that tab in Cooker and those giant pop-up balloons are rather 
annoying.

When my wife "re-arranges" things, I can't find them for months.  Are the 
Panel Appearance settings missing or have they been "re-arranged"?
