Hello all,
I'm facing issues with the GnomeICU application for a couple of days now.
The application is totally unusable because of a change in the ICQ protocol.

Quote from GnomeICU web site:
"A recent change in the ICQ protocol has caused GnomeICU to disconnect all the
time, so here is GnomeICU 0.99.9. Its mostly a bug fix release."
