- Date: 29 Oct 2005 21:01:01 -0000
User ID: 9524, 24 bugs reported (9 fixed, 2 duplicate, 1 invalid), 124 comments. http://qa.mandriva.com/show_bug.cgi?id=19527 Distribution: 2006.0-community Summary: Mailman doesn't accept post to newly created or existing mailing lists Product: mailman Version: 2.1.6-6mdk Platform: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: high Priority: normal Component: mailman AssignedTo: guillomovitch@mandriva.org ReportedBy: thomas@btspuhler.com I upgraded from Mandriva 2005Le to 2006(same behavior with freshinstall on test box)and since then I cannot post to mailing list anymore.I get the message that user mailinglist@btspuhler.com doesn't exist. If I add a new user using the WEB interface I get the message that the user has been subscribed successfully. I have added alias_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/aliases, hash:/var/lib/mailman/data/aliases to the /etc/postfix/main.cf It may be a permission problem? I did a check-perm -f and lots of permissions have been fixed in mailman I have been operating a mailing list for at least three years -- Configure bugmail: http://qa.mandriva.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
