No, in fact this depend if you use hdlist or synthesis, and at all, urpmq only 
emulate rpm behaviour:

- synthesis does not have enought information to show same thing than rpm
- hdlist have but but the query is not exactly the same.

Maybe the man page should be corrected: "urpmq -i does something like rpm 
-qi".
