description:
Currently, if I burn file which name contains CJK characters, the disk is only
readable under Linux. In Windows, the correspoding filename will become broken
characters.

There is a patch from Turbolinux, which add NLS-2byte function to mkisofs. The
ISOs made with patched mkisofs can be read correctly BOTH in Linux and Windows.
And, this patch works perfectly in 2005. So it might be merged in upcoming
release.
