Maybe we could set it only in the chroot when rpm is run

$TMP environement variable is not set during RPM install which is wrong since
some %post and %pre script assume the contrary ( ie, nvu ).

Moreover $HOME is set to "/" which is also wrong. It should be /root. This
explain the /.mozilla folder on every Mandriva installation.
