After recent update to new KDE 3.4.0 I have started to have intermittent network problems. It turned out lisa has set itself by default to poll (ping) all 2**24 addresses on 10.0.0.0/255.0.0.0 network! It resulted in arp table overflow and sometimes router entry was timedout and never renewed. Please do not tell me "you should not select this address" It was not my choice in the first place. And there was no problems in KDE 3.3.2.
