I confirm this bug, it is a problem in /etc/lisarc, which again is
auto(re)generated by the init script.

The autogenerated stuff is only reasonable for class c networks.

description:
ADSL router with default LAN address set by provider to 10.0.0.2/8. After
recent update to new KDE 3.4.0 I have started to have intermittent network
problems. It turned out lisa has set itself by default to poll (ping) all
2**24 addresses on 10.0.0.0/255.0.0.0 network! It resulted in arp table
overflow and sometimes router entry was timedout and never renewed.

Please do not tell me "you should not select this address" It was not my
choice in the first place. And there was no problems in KDE 3.3.2.
