gkrellm-pmu plugin

When we updated to gkrellm2 we lost this.  The guy who did gtkpbbuttons
rewrote it for gkrellm2.  Additionaly it no longer depends on pmud.  As
a result those of you who want a battery status monitor, are using
pbbuttonsd and don't want pmud have an option now.

Built for 9.1/ppc and up on my tree as:
gkrellm-pmu-2.0-0.91.2mdk.ppc.rpm
