Hello Christian & list, > - can you reach the Internet from the 9500? yes I can... > - what do you mean you can ping eth0, you can do ping 192.168.100.2 from a > machine on the LAN, but not 192.168.100.1? Yes, exactly: I can ping/telnet/traceroute to eth1 (= LAN with 192.168.1.6) and to eth0 (=connection to the bintec router with 192.168.100.2). > If so, you probably only need to setup NAT on the 9500 with: > iptables -A POSTROUTING -t nat -o eth0 -j SNAT --to-source 192.168.100.2 > (and have the appropriate kernel modules loaded) Great!!!! I just tried your command and it works!! Great! Thank you! But: Obviously NAT has to be started during boot process - after a reboot I had to reenter the command to enable NAT, then in works again... So is there another special entry I have to enable? Or should I define a shell script which is started during the boot process?? Greetings Harald -- Best Regards!
