yes I can...

Yes, exactly: I can ping/telnet/traceroute to eth1 (= LAN with 192.168.1.6) and to eth0 (=connection to the bintec router with 192.168.100.2).

Great!!!! I just tried your command and it works!! Great! Thank you!
But: Obviously NAT has to be started during boot process - after a reboot I had to reenter the command to enable NAT, then in works again... So is there another special entry I have to enable? Or should I define a shell script which is started during the boot process??
