[i18n] To people that contributed to MDK 9.2 translations

People that contributed to MDK 9.2 will be rewarded with MandrakeClub 
membership and prioritry access to ISO images (before stores and public 
download) trough bittorrent.   

I sent a mail to people that contributed to 9.2 translations; I tried to keep
my lists accurate, but in case you did contributed, and you didn't get
a mail from me, plese write me to tell so.
