when a first line of a msgid starts exactly with "_:" then that line
is a context information; it doesn't shown in output and should not
be translated.

As "All" may be different on some languages depending on context, that
is what the context line is there: it makes different msgid, allowing
to have different translations, and give context information.
In French for exemple, "All" is "Tous" whe nrefering to days, as a day
is masculine; but "Toutes" when refering to hours, as an hour is feminine.
