Thanks for letting me know. I'll assume that it should work once the missing symbol issue is resolved?
It's solved in my 2.6.3-6.3mdk or Nicolas' upcoming -7mdk. And I am sure I also tested the opposite, i.e. reiserfs /boot and xfs / without problem. What did you do exactly to get that mount error?
