Has anyone gotten the shockwave plugin to work in Mozilla? Is there something I need to do other than download the Linux version and install? I did have to hack the script a bit to allow it to install on an AMD (add it to the case statement). You can use
linux32 ./flash-installer.sh
or similar. Linux32 was not installed by default in 9.2rc1, but it is on the CDs.
Or does someone out there have a 64-bit version? Or do I need to install an 32-bit version of a browser? You need a 32 bit browser, as the plug-ins areshared libraries and these do not work across 32/64 bit boundaries. I think Fedora delivers a 32 bit browser for this exact reason; I just installed a 32bit XFT enabled Mozilla Firebird.
