Missed the last command request, here are the results.

[root@test usr]# rpm -qa coreutils fileutils
fileutils-4.1.11-6.1.C21mdk

[root@test usr]# cat /etc/mandrake-release
Mandrake Linux Corporate release 2.1 (Sea) for x86_64

[root@test usr]# ls /usr/lib64
Segmentation fault
