- Date: 18 Jan 2004 21:32:27 -0000
I was playing with my USB digital camera and it didn't want to mount. I wanted to use the Mandrake tools to see what is going on.
In the Harddrake, I found an icon 'Disk' and under it sda and sdb. sda is the SATA drive, sdb is the camera.
Bus: ?SCSI Location on the bus: ?0:0:0 Channel: ?00 New devfs device: ?/dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/disc
Vendor: ?Casio Bus: ?SCSI Location on the bus: ?0:0:0 Channel: ?00 New devfs device: ?/dev/scsi/host3/bus0/target0/lun0/disc
Now, when I click 'Run config tool' with hdb selected, I get presented the partition table of sda. Nothing that hurt me, and the workaound is obvious, but it could be dangerous.
