My view is just that I didn't go to all the trouble of switching to a software libre platform after 10 years on MSWormOS, to just go back to running proprietary-ware once again. If I wanted proprietary-ware, I wouldn't have bothered making the switch. OTOH, I can see how that sort of personal view wouldn' work so well for a distribution created by a business, tho for the Debians of the world it might be fine.
