There's one more thing you need to do, if you'd like to use your SATA disk.

Now that you set the RAID 0 configuration, when you reboot, you want to enter 'del' key (several times) to enter the BIOS settings. I don't remember exactly what tab you have to go, but there's a field for Promise Controller, where you can set it either to "IDE" or "RAID". You should be able to install RC1 onto your SATA drive, if you choose RAID in the BIOS settings
